Jon and Gwen have served in ministry together for nearly 30 years—pastoring two churches and serving on staff at two others. They understand the joys and pressures of church leadership, as well as the toll it can take on the soul. Today, their passion is to support ministry couples who feel weary or stuck—creating space for rest, renewal, and reconnection with God and each other. They founded Hadash with the belief that healthy ministry flows from healthy leaders. Married since 1992, they have five children and seven grandchildren.
